"Not a single inch of land is in the possession of its rightful owners,"
(attributed to Mark Twain). The community which protects, nurtures and
sustains the land is the only "rightful owner." Any individual deed holder
only sustainably nurtures the land when he helps create a community to
continue the stewardship after he is gone.

For our "motivating teams" project we are looking for case studies of such
community building-especially those including marketing innovations. Any
and all examples would be appreciated.
