Sanetters,

One year ago, Ecological Agriculture Projects (EAP) set up a Web site to
provide easy access to key documents gleaned from its large collection of
information about ecologically sound alternatives to current agricultural
practices.

The EAP Web site was launched with financial support from the Canadian Farm
Business Management Council. To help finance the maintenance and further
development of the site, access to much of the site was limited to those
paying a small annual fee (Full and Sustaining Members of EAP).

Sadly, this large database of relevant and credible agricultural
information has been underused. We want to know why!

Starting immediately, the site is being made freely accessible to all
visitors as we explore alternate sources of funding.

In order to maintain and improve this important agricultural information
site, we need your feedback on the contents and organization of this site.
Please visit the EAP Web site and let us know how we can make it better.

Your voluntary participation in this Web site evaluation survey will make a
difference! Your comments, feedback and any other information you provide
will be kept confidential and used solely for assessment purposes.

With your input we can shape the site to better meet user needs!

Visit the EAP Web site <http://eap.mcgill.ca> and have a look around, then
fill out our evaluation survey at <http://eap.mcgill.ca/survey2.htm>.

Thank you in advance for your participation.
