The United States Department Of Agriculture is getting ready to tax small
organic growers out of business. The state of ca. is already charging organic
growers hundreds of thousands of dollars for a organic grower registration Tax
and making our certifiers pay a tax also that is called double dipping by the
State of Ca. to all organic growers now big or small JUST SAY NO! Let us
stop the bleeding of the organic turnips. Pay pay pay all these folks want
money from the growers of organic food and they give us paper work and fees
and do not represent most organic growers but instead represent a bureaucratic
Mafia charging good people protection money . A small growers pockets are
only
so deep and it is a shame that the United States Agriculture Department along
with the State of Ca. agriculture Department. inspectors and certifiers and
residue testers are out to bleed the turnips. They bite the hand that feeds
them., I think the growers are being asked to carry a unfair big burden and
this is not right. There are already laws on the books against fraud. An
organic grower should not have to pay one cent extra to grow and sell organic
.It has been our word for 6000 years don't turn it over to the USDA and lets
get it back for the State of Ca. and the New World Order . The USDA and the
NOP are both full of bull for demanding money from organic growers while the
Government is subsidizing chemical growers. Take the money away from these
bureaucratic parasites and the organic Gestapo will run. Take away their way
to steal money from organic growers and watch them fall apart. INSTEAD OF THE
FARMER WILL PAY FOR IT ALL INSTEAD SAy NOT ONE CENT extra because we grow
organic. NoT ONE CENT . Who needs them . We have our certifiers do not let
the USDA take them over. MY customers are happy now with my certifier and
hate the USDA law now and the dam state of Ca. is getting a cut of the action
now doing the same dam thing the certifier is doing and why do we have to pay
all these pencils pushers anyway now let alone the USDA and all the burdens
they want to lay on us. These control freaks think nothing of walking all
over
our right of free speech if they tried to pull this crap on the chemical
farmers they would be laughed out of town. Ask a chemical grower what he uses
or tell him to give you a farm plan or make him stand inspection and you will
see a fight yet they feel that the spin less organic movement deserves
to be
stepped on and the USDA and the State of Ca. are just the folks to do the
steeping.Stop the USDA organic law and Kill off the NOP organic Gestapo and
make big brother and all the little brothers get a real job and leave the
good
working people alone. You know what I call people that make money because
some
farmers chooses to grow organic . Blood suckers! Control freaks, bottom
feeders all of them. The NOP have sold the grower out and left the burden of
this oppressive law on the growers backs just like the certifiers sold us out
to the state of Ca. Any group that says let the farmer pay for it all is not
the growers friend. When given the question of who is going to pay for these
new laws the growers has no one representing them and we are forced to carry
the burden. . Not one cent extra because we don't use USDA approved chemicals
if the government want to make a law let them pay for it same with the
State of
Ca. These non funded make the farmer pay for it all laws are a crime. Get you
hand out of the organic growers pockets. . These bottom feeders want organic
growers to pay pay pay. This law is so crazy that in Taxes a grower of
say 20
acres only pays $ 150 all together where as a poor sucker in Ca. has to pay a
certifier , an inspector,and the state and that same farmer here in Ca. may
have to pay many many times more. you ask how much will being organic cost me
and no one can give you an answer because there are so many people with their
hand out that you are forced to pay off and each one and they are not cheep
and
the price keeps going up because it is a forced pay or get out of the organic
business. All farmers should be treated the same . if organic growers have to
be inspected and need a farm plan and need residue testing and need to pay all
these fees then all farmers should go through the same thing . good luck
getting chemicals farmer to play along they are not spineless and will fight
for their rights. it would never happen . organic growers have let the money
grabbers talk for them long enough. These groups that the organic grower are
paying are using our money and getting us deep in do do. pay pay pay . all
these non funded state and fed. programs laws that steal money away from
organic growers should be put on the shelf. The United states department of
agriculture and the State of Ca. should stop charging a sir tax to organic
growers. Free speech free the word organic and give it back to the people.
We
don't want to fix this law we want to can it. Not one extra Cent to grow
organic not one cent . The government talks about less paper work for small
bossiness less taxes ,less government baby sitting and out of the other
side of
their mouths they tax organic growers burden small growers with fees and paper
work and have in less than a month the USDA has destroyed peoples
confidence in
the food they buy. . If someone tells you that to be organic you have to
pay
them money know one thing you have just meet the Mafia. It is not true paying
the USDA and the State of Ca. does not make you organic it makes you a fools.
and a fool and his money are soon parted. .
Lets take a good look at all the fees an organic grower will be asked to pay
and ask , how much and why and do we really so many pencil pushers and so many
3rd and 4th parties Let business take care of business --- got along without u
before I met you and I would like to get along with out you now. This law
will force every organic grower that sells over $5000 to pay for a certifier
what ever they ask and pay a inspector whatever they ask pay the state if
there
is a oppressive state law what ever they force you to pay and pay a residue
tester what ever they ask have I missed any one? They will want paid every
year ,year after year and they will all want raises. The inspectors around
here get $20 to $30 dollars plus miles plus meals and it can really add up.
And if you have a bad year they will still want to get paid. These certifiers
,inspectors,state and feds are all your new partners. the organic growers
will be sending their kids to school and buying their computers, new cars
,gas,
renting buildings accountants to help them count your money and pay for their
trips and conventions . . Are organic growers spine less or are we going to
tell the USDA these are not the Driods your looking for . Move along.
Lets talk fees and paper work and time and taxation without representation and
discrimination and free speech and less paper and less government. The
shepherds are suppose to feed the sheep not just fleece them.
