organic production budgets

Not knowing where to look for production budgets for organic produce, I
thought I ask if any of you knew of any on the internet or where I can
order them. I checked NC's extension page and didn't find anything there
nor did a web search get me anywhere. My preference would be for ones from
Virginia, but Va. Tech doesn't do them. Eastern Tenn. or Southeast Ky.
would be next best. If none of these are available, I'll tak whatever
anyone has to suggest.
