farm lease to schools

I have a client who is considering leasing their farm to the local
school for their vocational agriculture program's use. Not having any
experience with this type of situation, they are wondering if there
are others out there who might be willing to share their guidelines,
specifics, etc., of the lease agreement.

Are any of you aware of similar situations? We would appreciate the
help.
