I'm sorry to have nothing but phone numbers to offer you, but perhaps it'll
lead to contact with someone who can help you. These are from my own

This is one of the largest commercial producers of herbs in the country,
and as luck would have it, located in the northweast state of Washington, a
region with a climate somewhat similar to your own. I would try them
first.

International Herb Association 708-949-4372
These are all business associations of one kind or another. The first is
most likely to consist of growers themselves and so might be most useful.
The others may include processors, distributors, practitioners, etc., but
could perhaps be useful.
