I am trying to identify the state departments of agriculture that have
sustainable agriculture or closely-related programs along with the
program's primary contact names and addresses (including email and phone).
I am looking to ultimately get a description of the program services
offered, how they got started, how old the program is, its size, how the
program is funded, whether farmer and community input is incorporated, how
they are structured, etc.
