"They" (livestock factory farming industry: hog, beef, poultry) haven't
begun to compost and use as fertilizer the trillions of tons/gallons of
livestock manure that is generated year after year. I know that some
operations are but I imagine most just lagoon or field apply manures.
Making it mandatory to recycle _all_ livestock manure would result in an
exponential increase in quality (on all counts) of soil enriched thereby
thus making the use of GMO rhizobium unecessary.
