If (s)he uses pesticides the fruit is NOT ecologically grown so the labels
are not telling the truth. (s)he could label them with 'low pesticide'
In Europe the word 'Biological' or organic can only be used if you are
certified, there are however a lot of growers that do not use pesticides
and are not certified. This is their choice, they cannot use the word
organic because they cannot prove it and there is no way they can be
checked.
