i would expect that any biobased pest management practice could be used
in a way that would be totally incompatible with sustainable agriculture
. . . in other words, i don't think the incompatibility comes from the
practice alone, but from the combination of the practice, the context in
which it is implemented, and the way in which it is implemented . . . it
seems to me that the only way to assess compatibility is to do an
analysis or assessment of how the agroecosystem would operate with the
potential practice in place
