1) Good question. I don't know but would be interested to find out. Is
there any one else on the list who can responde to this first question?

2) My understanding is that Ben and Jerry's claims to use only milk from
cows that have not been treated with rBst. I don't know what formal
assurance they offer for this claim, but again would be interested to find
out. Perhaps someone from Ben & Jerry's could tell us?

I for one would like to know more about their recent legal victory in
Illinois. The state had tried to prevent them from advertising the fact
that their products are made without the use of rBgh. Ben & Jerry's
established what I hope will be a significant legal precident that they
have a constitutional right to tell us truthfully about their products. Is
there someone at Ben & Jerry's who could fill us in on the details?
