Where is the freedom of speech the US is that proud of??
If you don't use it and you can proof it of course you can say this.

Allthough I don't buy much US produced products I will start reading
labels when these rules are introduced when buying 'Organic'
If it is US organic I could just as well buy German, Dutch
or Scandanavian regularly produced products in the context of they
higher environmental pollution laws in these countries.
