There are some good articles on this topic that will provide the
information you need. Pay a visit to your university library and ask the
librarians to show you the following databases:

AGRICOLA - Database of the National Agricultural Library
ABI Inform - A database of business literature
Food Science and Technology Abstracts - Abstracts of world literature in
food science
Nutrition Abstracts and Reviews - Section A - Human and Experimental

These sources will get you started on your search. The librarians can refer
you to other resources.
