As a consumer, I agree. At least adding a zero to the gross income
allowed to small organic farmers would get them out of the poverty
index.

I do hope that poor, small organic farmers do not use composted sewage
sludge to rejuvenate their soil, even if 'professional' composters give
it away --'cheap.'
