composted sewage sludge in organic agriculture?

Dear SANettters,
Can anyone tell me if composted sewage sludge (a.k.a. biosolids) is used
anywhere in the United States on farms growing crops without manmade
chemical pesticides, growth regulators, or manmade fertilizers --that
is, in certified organic production?
