Personally, I see nothing wrong with Sal's wanting to kick a little ass,
when it's clearly called for. It also seems to me that he could use a
label like "Righteous-Organik-Farmer" and maybe get off without
certifying or being taxed, what with it's all being one word and not
even containing the word organic. He might want to have a few lawyers
on call (ACLU or whoever'd take it on for principal's sake) and maybe
even get a lot of free publicity out of it for his produce, if the feds
don't leave him alone for it. He could also do CSA as Woody said or
even walk across the border, like someone I know.
