It just so happened that last Sunday's South Bend Tribune (7/13/97) carr=
ied an article on a pesticide-free golf course. The course is the Presid=
io course in San Fransisco owned by the National Park Service as part of =
the Golden Gate National Recreation Area. The course has been pesticide-=
free for a year and a half. The manager of the course is Tom Brooks. =
There is no contact address, but Paul Boettlich of the Hoosier Environmen=
tal Council wrote the article. I don't have his address, but he can prob=
ably be contacted through the Tribune at SBTNews@sbtinfo.com. He might =
be able to point you in the right direction.
