You'll find that benefits of holistic management extend far beyond grazing,
when the decision making scheme is generalized. When I cover
eco-"anything" topics in my graduate and undergraduate classes I find the
best of W. Edwards Deming (as in the "Deming Award" in Japan), community
rebuilding, conflict resolution, and financial management rolled up into
HRM. It's not a "magic bullet" as much as an undiscovered gem.
