Four visitors form the state of Para Brasil will attend and
be the messengers of the status of agricultural and forestry
activities in the Amazon of Para. Several agricultural and
forestry authories in the Missouri area will be invited
as part ofthe forum program as well as audience members.
Two goals of the forum are for the Brasilian autorities to express
the status of Amazon agriclutural activities and to
establish contacts/links to Missouri/U.S. counterparts.
I anyone out there on the list server are interested in
attending the forum, please send a note back to
PLF@NCCIBM1, or just a REPLY comment!
The actual meeting will take place on Monday and Tuesday
November 8 and 9 in Kansas City Missouri.
Other activites till the 12th will take place in Columbia
Jefferson City and St. Louis Missouri.
