The Boston Public Schools is initiating a pilot program of urban integrated pest management (mostly for cockroaches and mice) in two schools, K-5 and 5-8, this fall. A request for bids from IPM-oriented pest control operators is due out soon. Complementing this IPM program, the Univ. of Mass. IPM program has agreed to provide training to the staff (office, administrators, custodian, kitchen) teachers and students. This training is necessary to assure any hope of success.
I am looking for any training materials which would be appropriate to this verybroad group on the subject of IPM in general or specifically, urban IPM.
Materials could include brochures, fact sheets, coloring books, videos, etc.
If you can help, please contact me expeditiously.
Thank you for your consideration
