I won't win any Pulitzer's myself as I jumped the gun when I
wrote that story. The headline should have read something like:
European Commission RECOMMENDS Seven-Year Ban.... The vote will
not take place until sometime in September and the 12 member
states must pass it unanimously. If anyone is interested in
seeing the document that recommends the ban, I have obtained,
scanned and produced an emailable copy and I would be happy to
send it out.
Let me know and I apologize for any confusion I may have been
responsible for.
