"Late" news on BST in Europe

I guess my posting earlier today on "Late Breaking News on
BST in Europe" won't get the Pulitzer Prize for journalism.
It's nearly 4 weeks old; it was sent July 30th.

At the time, BST was a raging debate on sanet and my colleague
and I thought this notice would have some use. Apparently, the
BST ban in Europe has come to pass as posted (coincidentally)
earlier today in "EC BANS BGH FOR SEVEN YEARS."

The reason sanet postings from ATTRA are appearing all of a
sudden is that our computer has started "talking" to the
Univ. of Ark. computer center again. We've been receivin'
but we ain't been sendin'.
