The Dream

The conference will have 4 components:
(a) a face-to-face meeting in Beijing
(local organizer: Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences;
date: Oct 1994 (7 days)
(b) 2 or 3 face-to-face workshops
(probably one in Europe and one in the Americas;
date: Oct 94; to run on the same week of the Beijing meeting)
(c) face-to-face one-day seminars
(date: Jan - Oct 94; anywhere in the world)
(d) computer conference
(date: Jan-Oct 94; paper presentations and discussions via
email in appropriate Lists)
THE TASK
--------
The primary tasks are * to link all face-to-face activities via email
* to chair paper presentations
VOLUNTEERS NEEDED ARE
---------------------
(a) list owners of mailing lists concerning ecotechnology and
development in agriculture, forestry, industry, etc, who are
willing to accept relevant paper presentations in their Lists
(b) individuals who can contribute to the planning of the
different components in the conference
(c) potential organizers of workshops and seminars

If you like to volunteer and join in this planning group, please
let me know. Kindly also provide any information which you think
would be useful to qualify you into the planning group. In about
2 weeks, a list will be created for selected volunteers.
