PROGRAM DESCRIPTION: A broadcast to help agricultural producers
suffering from weather related disasters understand the Federal
relief package. The complex package will be out to the various
USDA agencies very soon. The program will bring together experts
from ASCS, FmHA, FCIC, SCS and Extension to boil down the package
into useful information. Farmers and ranchers will also be given
production, management tax and accounting tips useful in planning
after the excessive rains and weather related disasters. A phone-
