Is this even true. In _New Farm_ of a year or so ago there
were indications that only cows that already produce a lot of milk
were included in bst testing. This would bias those test results to
say the least. Ie I wonder if the testers are even comparing apples
and apples at this point.

"Society" does not have the right to engage in human
sacrifice, even if it does make the rains come. Adjustments may or may
not be inevitable but the least we can do is ensure that they are the
adjustments that need to be made, and that they be made democratically
rather than by caprice.
