MATTERS TO BE CONSIDERED:

The President's Council on Sustainable Development is a partnership
of industry, labor, government, environmental organizations, not-
for-profit groups and civil rights organizations. The Council will
adopt administrative procedures, establish short and long-term
priorities, discuss substantive sustainable development issues.
