Trichoderma microbial fungicide

I am looking for information on the status of trichoderma
as a commercial microbial fungicide. Is it on the market yet
or still in registration straits?

I am particularly interested in its applications in horticultural
crops and which pathogens it will control or suppress.

Also, are there ANY microbial fungicides available commercially
in the United States?
