I would like to know the process of how the Rural Affairs Center
located in Nebraska introduces new farmers, or those interested in
entering production agriculture to farmers who are leaving, or
retiring from agriculture. I am interested in developing a
similar program in my home state. Does anyone have information on how
I can contact the Rural Affairs Center for more information on this
program? Also, I would appreciate information on programs similiar
to the one described above, that are located in states other than
Nebraska. Thanks!
