"Sustainable Agriculture for California: A Guide to Information" by Steve
Mitchell et al, is a 200-page book with sources of information and
selected references on a multitude of topics--and it's highly relevant beyond
California. It's available from ANR Publications, Univ Calif, 6701 San Pablo
Ave., Oakland, CA 94608-1239 (510-642-2431), for $12.00, incl S&H.
