Some graduate students (myself being one) in the dept. of Horticulture at
the U of MN have started a discussion group on sustainable ag issues. We
have a broad range of interests and backgrounds. We want to first learn
and discuss the goals and ideas currently for sustainable agriculture, and
since we are mostly in more basic research, we want to talk about what
plant science can contribute. The reason I am posting is to ask the
readers here if you can recommend any articles or references to get our
discussions going. Please include articles from refereed journals if possible.

I also told the group about this discussion group, so maybe we can do some
discussions right here.

Thanks,
PJ
