Hello,
I am a farmer (small) who produces grain and outdoor pigs. Frequently
I am asked why don't I "go" fully organic, but I argue that what
we do is the practical side of organic. We minimise all agrichemical
input and avoid pesticides. Our pigs are green manure machines.
Is there a charter or policy somewhere setting out the Nature and
Structure of Sustainable Farming.
