Resource on wine-related topics

For those interested in the wine-related topics, including wine
agriculture, The Wine Institute has launched a World Wide Web site with
info on business and legal trands, consumption stats, and scientific
research. The Wine Institute is a trade group representing more than 450
California wineries and affiliated businesses. The site also features links
to other wine-related Web sites at universities, libraries, government
agencies, regional wine associations, and wine publications.

Obviously, this will likely have the industry viewpoint, at least at the
hub; I don't know how much information there will be on organic wine
growing or the hazards of pesticides commonly used in growing wine grapes,
such as methyl bromide. I can support people in finding additional
information on these topics. Would be interested in your thoughts on this
site...
