IPM Coordinator duty statement?

We (the California Department of Pesticide Regulation) are working with a
number of city and county governments that are developing internal IPM
programs. These would be coordinated programs for all property managed by
the local government--for example all parks, roadsides, and buildings--and
involve all agencies within that governmental body. I know there are
cities, counties and states that have these kinds of coordinated programs.
We are looking for examples of duty statements for the people in charge of
the program--the title might be something like "IPM Coordinator" or "Chief,
IPM Program." Can anyone provide such a duty statement or suggest a good
contact within a government with a good internal IPM program?
