Maybe we should all write a short note to the gentleman who wrote that
document (CHARLES CLINGMAN <CDEEC@worldnet.att.net>) and CC it to the
addressee (foodsafe@nal.usda.gov).

I have written one myself and am sending it out at the same time this
goes. I just mentioned I had read his document; not where. I signed it:
