With all this discussion of Soybeans and genetic engineering - I would
like to share good news that two of my housemates are beginning a soymilk
"dairy" business in our local community using local products. We came
across some information about soymilk research at Cornell in "Laurel's
Kitchen" cookbook. Does anyone have information on soymilk processing
research through Cornell or other channels?
I've tried their product and it's really great!
