Yes, there is a list server for precision farming and it's based
at University of Minnesota(!). Pierre Robert of the Dept. of Soil &
Atmospheric Sciences runs it. To join it, send a message addressed to:
LISTPROC@SOILS.UMN.EDU with the text content: SUBSCRIBE PRECISE-AGRI.
