Extension attitudes toward SA

I am completing an evaluation of a SARE chap 3 training of
extension agents in sus ag (SA), and have found a correlation
between the agents' prior attitudes and the impact of the
conference. Does anyone know of any literature on the
relation between attitude and training impact, or a study of
extension's attitudes about SA?
