We in Michigan do not have a "Sustainable Agriculture
Division/Department/Program/Section" within our state department of
agriculture. I know that many other states do, and would like to begin a
little investigation into:
--how these came to be created
--their mandate
--what they can and do do
If your state dept. of ag. *has* a sustainable agriculture thingummy bob and
you could tell me about it or might put me in touch with someone who can,
please e-mail me DIRECTLY (no need to clutter up the network, I think) at
