I have to agree with Bill Duesing that buying and selling locally will be the
trend of the future. Sure, as it stands now, lots of folks would prefer to hop
in their new cars and buy flown-in or trucked-in produce at the local
convencience market--but those cars and airplanes are powered by a very
limited resource, petroleum, hardly the foundation on which to sustain
"farmers of 40 centuries."
