There is a small two year college in Vermont called Sterling which is
directed more at Natural Resource Management, but runs a small farm
and organic vegetable garden. There is a new farm manager who may be
doing more with organics this year. The emphasis is on hands-on
learning (including draft horse management). There is also a
woodlot, and associated forestry courses.
