A Kansas Extension Agent had the following request from a resident:
Requested information on a plant called "Chuta". It is a tuber, from
Spain, brought by the Moslems of North Africa about 1000 years ago.
The translation is "groundnut" and the Spaniards used it to make a
beverage.
