Re: spelt vs wheat allergies

My understanding is that people can eat spelt if they are allergic to
wheat (provided of course that they aren't also allergic to spelt). It
can be used for flour products as I ate some extremely delicious freshly
baked spelt bread in Nova Scotia last fall!
