HELP-What is the EAF-L List For?

I need some hard data of bamboo as a forage. Does any one have any
references to bamboo leaves of the temperate genera: Phyllostachys,
Semiarundinaria, Arundinaria, Sasa, Sasaella, Pseudosasa, Pleioblastus used
as such. Any links would be appreciated. Perhaps the NALUSDA?

Could someone forward this to a forage based list?

I would also like to see test results like the sample below:
