I need to present a business plan to the board of the 501c3 I'm working
with to show them costs and estimated returns of various approaches to the
organic market garden that I am proposing.
I have lots of garden experience, but don't have a clue on how to price of
'size' a season of lettuce (for example) melons, honey ,etc.
I assume there must be schedules or charts that help do this.
If you can point me in ANY direction it will be well appreciated.
