rice straw wanted

My community, N Street Cohousing, is looking for a source of rice straw
bales withing a reasonable distance of Davis, CA (or Sacramento).
WHeat straw is fairly easy to find, but we would prefer to use rice as it
is a major local waste product. (rather ironic that it is harder to find
baled). If there was a rice grower who could bale some for us that would
be great, we could go pick them up. We only need about 15-20 bales-we
are putting benches around our patio. We would prefer 2-string bales but
3-string are fine too (difference is size). They must be _dry_ when we
build the benches, probably in May or June.
