We are trying to get some stats on organic produce here in BC and just
wondering if anyone out there might have any idea - the government claims
to not have any, as producers won't make any statements about their incomes
from organic produce.
What we need is:
1) Annual import values of organic produce to Canada and if possible to the
province of BC specifically
2) annual production values (ie $) of organic produce in Canada/BC
3) annual EXPORT values of organic produce from the states to Canada/BC ...
Can anyone help on this?
