Hello
Our regional horticultural body is cosidering reconstituting itself as an
electronic community. We are a group of delegates from commodity based
organizations. Attendance has declined over a number of years, due in part
to the distance to meetings and the time taken up by them.
We envisage a regional mailing group which debates and may resolve on
action about cross commodity issues,like state and federal legislation, loss
of Dept of Agriculture advisors/cooperators due to budget cuts, dealing with
pesticide containrs regionally etc.
Can anyone suggest some reading/advice in creating electronic communities?
