IPM TRACKING

I am interested in finding out if there are any projects in the U.S.
tracking IPM implementaion. The April Grower has an article relating to this
tracking of implementation being done by the University of Mass in a few
vegetable crops. I am interested in trying to figure out how attainment of
the goal of having 75%of our cropland in IPM by the year 2000. How will we
know? Any info would be helpful, about horticultural and agronomic crops
both. Thank you
