Here's a question for other small-scale producers who may be out there:
How do you dry salad mix? In an effort to become more finacially
sustainable, we are increasing mesclun production on our certified organic
truck farm/market garden. We grow the various components in the field, cut
them, then wash the mix 2-3 times. Drying the mix has been our bane-- does
anyone have low tech and low cost ideas?
