High School Materials?

Hi, everyone.

I'm writing on behalf of Just Food, an organization in NYC that is working
to build a more sustainable food system (for farmers and consumers),
particularly -- but not exclusively -- in lower-income communities in our
area. One of the projects that we are beginning to explore is the
development of a *high school* program that would focus on the food system
and sustainable agriculture, specifically in the Northeast and New York
state. Ideally, we'll be able to create an educational model that will be
adaptable to other areas.

Can anyone suggest any materials that would be appropriate for high school
students? We've often exchanged info on college-level materials, but I
don't recall anything for younger students.

Also, could somebody please post this to SAEDNET?
